How Grid Maker Works

Grid Maker is a grid-centric image editing platform that helps designers and content creators work with precise grid overlays, efficient slicing workflows, and integrated AI image generation capabilities.

Service Overview

When you use Grid Maker's platform, you can:

• Create and customize grid overlays with configurable rows, columns, spacing, and styling
• Use Excel-style coordinate labels for precise alignment reference
• Slice images into grid-based regions for batch export
• Apply image adjustments including brightness, contrast, saturation, and more
• Use drawing tools for annotations and markups
• Generate AI images based on text prompts (subject to plan limits)
• Export images individually or batch export as ZIP files

Use of the Service

Acceptable Use

By using Grid Maker, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate and truthful information
2. Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
3. Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
4. Not engage in any activity that could harm the platform or other users

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Impersonating Grid Maker or its partners
• Attempting to access non-public areas of the platform
• Distributing malware or engaging in harmful technical practices
• Interfering with other users' access to the service
• Using the service for any fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Generating AI content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
• Attempting to circumvent usage limits or billing

Subscription and Billing

Grid Maker offers free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Includes full grid editing and slicing features with 3 AI generation credits
• Plus Plan: $19/month (or $182/year) with 30 AI generations per month
• Pro Plan: $29/month (or $278/year) with 50 AI generations per month

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Responsibility and Relationship with Users

Grid Maker serves as a platform for image editing and AI generation. We:

• Do not guarantee specific outcomes from AI-generated content
• Are not responsible for the content created or published by users
• Make no warranties about the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated images
• Strive to maintain high-quality service standards and user experience
• Provide tools and infrastructure but users are responsible for their own content and compliance

Data Protection and Privacy

We take data protection seriously and handle all user information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to Grid Maker, including but not limited to:

• The Grid Maker name and brand
• Our website domain (grid-maker.net)
• Platform features and functionality
• Content and materials

are owned by Grid Maker and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of images you upload and content you create using the platform, including AI-generated images created through your account.

Communication

• All communication with Grid Maker is conducted electronically
• Users may receive service-related notifications
• Marketing communications are optional and subject to user preferences

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Grid Maker after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Users will be notified of significant changes to these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Grid Maker provides the service "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
